General Rules for Bonus Balances and Wagering Requirements
Bonus Account Mechanics
Bonus funds are credited to an isolated bonus balance. These funds cannot be withdrawn immediately — they require wagering (a rollover). Unlocking happens progressively: you do not need to wager the entire amount at once; the transfer from the reserve to the real balance occurs in fractions as you play.
Wagering Rule (x35)
The wagering requirement is tied directly to your account currency. To unlock 1 unit of your currency (e.g., 1 USD / 1 HTG / 1 MXN), you must place bets totaling 35 units in the same currency (35 USD / 35 HTG / 35 MXN, respectively) from your real balance. The entire turnover counts: both winning and losing spins are taken into consideration.
Conversion and Withdrawal Process
You have full control over your unlocked funds:
- No minimum thresholds: you can convert any unlocked amount, no matter how small.
- Unlimited transfers: you can transfer portions of the bonus to your real balance an unlimited number of times.
- Money with no obligations: once credited to your real balance, the funds can be immediately withdrawn to your payment details or used for further gameplay.
Where Wagering Counts
Betting turnover counts towards the wagering requirement exclusively in slots from the following providers: Pragmatic Play, Mascot, and Slots Classic/Deluxe. Bets placed in any other sections (table games, roulette, lotteries, Live Casino, crash games, sports, and esports) do not contribute to the wagering progress.
Maximum Bet Limit
There is a maximum limit for a single bet that contributes to the wagering progress: 20 USD / 350 MXN / 2500 HTG / 1200 DOP (and so on in equivalent). If a bet exceeds this limit (e.g., 50 USD), it will be fully accepted by the system, but only the maximum allowable portion — 20 USD — will count towards the rollover requirement.
Playing with Bonus Money
You can place bets using your bonus balance at any time, but exclusively in slots from the Slots Classic/Deluxe provider. All winnings obtained are returned to the bonus balance, increasing the total reserve, and are subject to the standard wagering requirement (x35) before they can be converted to real money.
Time Limits
You have 30 days from the moment of crediting to complete the wagering. If you have an active un-wagered balance and receive a new bonus amount, the total wagering time is extended accordingly. The locked remaining balance is voided upon the expiration of the total time period, while everything the player has successfully unlocked is automatically converted to their real balance.
